Quality & Governance

The Systems Academy is committed to delivering high quality courses that are relevant, structured and outcome focussed. All our course activities are designed to lead progress towards specified learning objectives that are reviewed regularly to ensure accuracy, relevance and professional value.

Course Delivery & Learning Policy

All courses are delivered online and are self paced to suit the learning requirements of the student. Learning activities are designed to support the practical application of the specific course learning objectives in a professional environment. The Continual Professional Development (CPD) hours, or 'learning hours' attributed to each courses are based on an estimate of structured learning time excluding breaks and non-learning activities.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

We pledge compliance with the Equality Act 2010. The Systems Academy is committed to providing inclusive professional development courses, with no discrimination based on protected characteristics. We will provide a respectful learning environment and will make reasonable adjustments to cater for individual needs wherever possible.

Complaints & Appeals

Complaints and appeals can be submitted to

All complaints and appeals are acknowledged within no more than 10 working days and will be reviewed fairly and transparently. Learners may appeal decisions where they believe fair procedure have not been followed.

Data Protection and GDPR

Student information is stored and collected only for the purpose of facilitating instruction and is held on a lawful basis, in line with the GDPR. Information will never be passed, sold or transferred to any third party. Contact TheSystemsAcademy@outlook.com

Tutor/Instructor Competence

Tutors, instructors and course designers will in all circumstance, have formal teaching qualifications and will be deemed a subject matter expert by the Systems Academy.
